“Mr. Dee did a bypass surgery for my AC! Suddenly from nowhere home HVAC system shutdown, home temperature reached 91. Calling for hours to book an emergency service with no luck, finally Mr. Dee gave me an appointment for the next day morning. That night was horrible, fans and open windows can't fight Texas heat, so at morning my biggest fear was no show or not same day repair. Mr. Dee came on time and did a thorough diagnosis, shortly he found that the zone control panel was faulty, typically that needs a next day replacement. I asked him if there is anything to be done to fix it immediately, surprisingly YES! He connected the upstairs zone directly to the AC, that bypass saved me a night at a hotel. Next day he replaced the panel. I appreciate his great service and his genius solution.”
