“Elevation A/C and Heating Company is knowledgeable, reliable, and communicates promptly with the customer. We have used Elevation services for 5 years. Our two neighbors repeatedly have called Elevation A/C for air-conditioning repairs. Elevation A/C and Heating replaced our Air-Handler (in the enclosed utility room located on the 3rd level flat roof), replaced the Air-Conditioning Unit (outside on the 3rd level roof deck), replaced a coil, installed a thermostat, and answered simple questions regarding settings for both cool air and heat. The owner traveled from Austin to San Antonio, Texas to secure a part during Covid times. The owner secured a crane to hoist these units up to the 3rd level, and was willing to assist a plumber to secure this same crane operator to remove and hoist up water heating tanks to the 3rd level. Since purchasing our house from the previous owner 10 years ago, many flaws have surfaced (including leaks in the roof). With ease, we have accomplished our A/C and heating needs with the quality service provided by Elevation A/C and Heating.”
