“Fist off I would like to thank them for being on time. It was time to get a new AC system, and a better one. They were on time and got right to work after saying hello.The crew was very professional the whole time and answered my questions I had about the new unite. They got the job done fast, it only took them 4 hours from start to finish. They cleaned up after afterwords and took the old unit with them. Joe, explained the warranties and told me where I need to go online for them. The best thing is my house is now getting cold for once. I will be using them for all my AC need for now on. I did this because I assumed (correctly) that they would provide great customer service. I called to make an appointment and was immediately referred to their scheduler. After giving information of what happened, she quickly made an appointment for later that day. You know when the service team gives you a 2 hour window, but always shows up after? This team didn't do it. They showed up right on team and sent a message they were on the way. They quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part and repaired it later. After I experienced a quick snafu, I reached out and they helped me with it immediately. Cannot express how great their customer service was/is, and how RESPONSIVE they were.
