Too many times other companies in the area would easily say after quick review, you need a new unit when the unit they are working on is less than 10 years old. And the unit mfg is rated high to begin with. If your looking for a rare breed, old fashion customer service mentality with common sense and several years of experience, Joe, with JSM is your guy.
