“The good news: they showed up on time and fixed the problem. A PVC drain line was clogged and my "normal "A/C guy was unable to fix, that part was good and worth three stars. The other news: it was expensive. The guy who did the repairs initially told us it would cost ~$300 to unclog and we approved. He tried for a while (unsuccessfully) to unclog, then told us he would have to cut out and replace PVC in sections until he could find and remove the clog and that would cost an additional ~$175 (and we approved). Then at the end he told us for the first time that there was also a $170 "visit and diagnosis" fee, apparently just for coming out. So now we're at ~$700 to replace a few feet of PVC in the attic. And: in spite of warnings my regular A/C guy told me he gave them about how to handle our heavy attic ladder, the MLD repairperson managed to take a divot out of my hardwood floor (below) and did not tell us about it.”

MLD services completely re designed the air distribution and ducting system as well as fabricating a number of it's components on site.
