“BEWARE if you choose to sign up for a plan with this company. They continue to send me bills for a tank rental for a home I sold 2 years ago!! Last year I asked them to remove my account after receiving a forwarded USPS bill. I got confirmation this was done. This year they looked up my new address, which is not even in Texas, and sent me another bill. When questioned why I was still getting bills the only answer I was given was “they couldn’t get in touch with the new owner.” So their standard is to bill the previous owner for years, even going as far as looking up new home addresses out of state. I have asked Justin the owner for confirmation my account and ALL contact information has been deleted and I will never be contacted by P&R Propane again. Still waiting.”

“For the past few years that I've used this service, every time I call, a woman with an attitude of "we don't need you, you need us" answers the phone. I called not long ago, I spoke with the same female—"a g an i n"—so obviously nothing had changed. Just the same snarky tone, demeanor, and attitude. Surely it is wise to treat your clients with the utmost respect and decency. "Yes" would be the most apparent response; it would be an excellent business decision for any company. In my view—and "I'm sure they will have some snappy come back" but this female that when customers are speaking to her represents the company, the person leading the charge with paying clients, really needs to be reeducated in communication skills. Calling them whenever I require their service is something I truly dislike. Very sad, very sad indeed!”
