“I had a fantastic experience with PT Maintenance. Our blower motor went out; the part was on backorder and I was told by our builder contractor it would take 3-5 business days. Teresa, with PT, made some phone calls and found the part and ordered it for me and had it shipped overnight express. They were able to send someone out the same day the part arrived. The technician, Pete, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly installed and tested the unit and explained everything clearly, even showing me a faulty part. He was courteous, efficient, and got my AC running again in no time.
