“Paid for an LED reme halo, got a UV reme halo—I was assured it was an LED! I’m sensitive to ozone. The device is not even working and hasn’t been for 3+ years. Because the bulb life is totally different than an LED. Had the install done—Updated my email for work and never received a bill or notice or call—their 3rd party finance company made no effort to send me a bill, or contact me or invoice me; except to my old email—then they serve me the week of Thanksgiving. Tried to force me to pay all these attorneys fees. Paid off the stupid invoice, only to go and change the bulb and discover it’s not a Reme LED like my receipt, box, warranty and invoice say it is. It’s a UV and hasn’t been working effectively and it also emits harmful ozone. Tech is now neglecting to replace it for what I paid for. The box I was given literally has a warranty for a UV REME HALO & Manual and an LED REME HALO.”

“I would highly recommend Prodigy if you need HVAC service. Well, I guess I'm really recommending Alex, who was the technician that came, diagnosed, and fixed my system's issues. He was very good communicator on exactly what was wrong with my systems (multiple units), didn't attempt to recommend fixing things that were not broken, set clear expectations on when he would be able to fix each issue, and followed though and met those expectations. I had some pretty serious repair work done, and the cost was within what I had estimated. I'll definitely be using them for my future needs.”
