About

Pucme Group Llc works as an HVAC provider based in Round Rock, Texas. Their trade centers on heating and air conditioning systems for local homes. The city experiences hot summers that demand strong cooling performance from air conditioners, along with milder winters where heating units still see use. Residents face frequent calls for service when units break down under the strain of high temperatures and humidity levels that build up in the region. This type of work involves keeping systems running efficiently against the local weather conditions that homeowners deal with year after year.

They perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units to prevent failures during peak summer use. Technicians address issues like refrigerant leaks, fan motor problems, and thermostat malfunctions that show up often in Round Rock properties. Work also includes installing new heating and cooling equipment in new builds or replacements for older homes. In this part of Texas, crews deal with duct cleaning and insulation checks to improve airflow and reduce energy costs amid rising utility rates. Homeowners call for quick responses when systems stop working on the hottest days, and the company handles those emergency situations along with scheduled tune ups to extend equipment life.

The reviews show that customers often cite concerns over high costs and poor communication when dealing with this HVAC outfit in Round Rock. Feedback highlights delays in getting problems resolved and questions about the value received for the money spent. Speed of service and quality of repairs receive low marks from many who have shared their experiences. These patterns across the reviews explain the overall rating earned by the company. What Customers Say

In Dell City Texas they raised the price for bulk water to doubled overnight is that fair or justified? They didnt raise the water prices in the town just doubled the price for bulk water. 35 dollars for 250 gal none filtered water 50 dollars for 500 and 80 for 1000 but you got to haul whatever you buy that day.

If I could give these corrupt, greedy folks a zero I would. I filed a complaint against Smart Meter Texas, Oncor, and TXU overcharging me every single month and them estimating my bill when they lie and say they are not. The Public Utilities Commission said the same as Oncor and TXU, that the robot meter is 100 percent accurate. Also, they mentioned in their response letter that something about the Embezzler- in- Chief’s tariffs. And no one can explain how I can see the kWh, the amount, and the billing cycle days before I can view my bill on TXU website. But when I am able to view the bill the days in the cycle remains the same, but the amount is higher, along with the kWh used. They’re definitely estimating people bills. It’s a shame that I am paying more for Oncor fees than my actual usage. Can someone do the math on this Smart Meter Texas data on the 12-23. This isn’t the only one that’s not accurate. I think they denied my Lifeline application because I I filed a complaint.

we as a community are paying ridiculous amounts in water every month! as much as dang car note! PUC please do something to get this choke hold off of the residents of Montgomery county by south west water company please!!! this is absolutely absurd!!the fees are outrageous! my water uage is 23.00 while the rest of my bill is 200. HOW! and i am a single income house! some residents are paying upwards of 600 a month! and the quality of the water is HORRID! smells and stains everything! and we are paying stupid amounts of water! PUC do the ethical and honorable thing! pretty sad when people have to choose between food and water to pay that month!!!

Disappointment. One Star. Here's why I called: My significant other's daughter lives in Round Rock, TX, and uses a rinky-dink outfit called Just Energy to get their energy through. They use some sort of 'free nights' program, supposed to help with the bill, and they mis-understand the concept and leave ALL their lights on during the night, TV blaring when Anna is trying to sleep, etc etc. WASTING OUR RESOURCES. I tried getting ahold of Just Energy, and got nothing as they asked for my Acct Number (of course I don't have one, it's not me). So tried calling the PUC with this exact complaint, and ended up on a recorded message saying 'if you have an issue with your bill, contact your provider'. Guess they don't care if OUR RESOURCES are being WASTED! Doesn't anyone remember Snowmageddon? Out here in HSB we had no electricity for 46 hours. Was quite cold lol. So wasting energy affects us ALL. Someone should STOP THIS! In my Humble Opinion. ~John (I feel their energy company is recommending this. If it's just them being dumb, I apologize. But someone needs to look into this. I'm sure they're not the only ones!)

I was skeptical at first if filing a complaint was worth the effort but I did online. My issue was resolved 3 weeks later. I made sure when I spoke with the energy agents that they repeat to me what the agreement was via on the recorded line. This was just my experience and I understand every case is different but I just want to give credit where credit is due and thank the PUCOT for their prompt resolution.
