“RWB installed A/C gas heat unit during the summer. We did not have gas turned on until November. Atmos Energy turned on the gas and the unit worked like a charm. Both heat and A/C worked great until Dec 30. No heat.Called Chris and next day he was there checking the unit out. Low and behold unit was not heating since Atmos Energy had shut the gas off. Long story short with regard to Atmos Energy gas turned back on and RWB kept our staff able to continue to work. THANK YOU - RWB”
