“We were very disappointed with the lack of care my mom received the 3 days she was there. Staffing issues and fighting among workers as to whose responsibility was what made for an even disappointing stay. The response time to get help was disappointing as well. We are so glad we got my mom out and into a facility that truly cares about their residence. From the nurses, to the CNA’s, to the med aides everyone has been so welcoming and it makes me feel good to know when I leave at night she is safe and taken care of.”

“I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing due to a lack of attentive care from the care team. When families place a loved one in a facility, they are putting a tremendous amount of trust in the staff to provide timely and appropriate care. In our case, that trust was repeatedly challenged. One of the most concerning issues involved a suspected urinary tract infection (UTI). Our family requested that a UTI test be performed, yet the concern went unaddressed for more than five days…. During that time, there was no communication or sense of urgency from the staff. Had our family member been discharged as scheduled, she would have left the facility with the infection still unaddressed, potentially leading to much more serious health complications… The delays in care, lack of follow-through, and poor responsiveness created unnecessary stress and anxiety for our entire family. Like always, there were some staff members who were kind and helpful, but when assessing the overall level of attentiveness and care, it was not what we expected or what our loved one deserved. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future residents and families receive the level of care, communication, and attention they should be able to rely on.”

“Therapists are excellent at rehab. The food is outstanding. Many kudos to the chef. The major issue is with the nurse aides. They do not take their job seriously. Response to call button took any where from 45 minutes to an hour to respond. Several times an aide would come in and while taking vidals she would be on her cellphone Also they left my wife in bed instead of getting her up into a wheelchair. After discussing this situation with staff it didn’t change Often the therapist would have to get her up and roll her to therapy This took away from my wife’s therapy session.”
