“It’s sad to see some of these other reviews, because my experience with Brent was beyond excellent! He came out same day, diagnosed and fixed my AC issue, and had it back up and running by the afternoon! Brent was professional, honest, and very fairly priced. I will not hesitate to use Brent again, and I will gladly recommend his services out to those I know. Thank you Brent!”

“We recently moved back to TX from CO into a house we had as a rental and Styker did the renovations for us before move-in. We had walls removed, flooring installed, painting, a center-island built, basically A LOT of work done. Brent was super-attentive and very involved in the job to make sure things were done right. There were challenges as with any construction job from supply chain issues, etc., but everything was handled very professionally. We LOVE the outcome of the renovations and certainly plan on using his company in the future for other projects.”

“Stryker strikes again! Brent is so unprofessional. I used him as my mechanical contractor for my restaurant build. Three out of my four units are constantly leaking water after only months of being installed. He let so much water leak onto the top of my walk in freezer that I asked another contractor to install drip pans under the two ac units. Yes something he was suppose to install and he left out. He has spent months on the drainage issue and he still doesn’t know how to stop it. He told me I needed to find a new contractor for something he installed less than a year ago. He blames it on the other contractors drip pan install. After hiring new contractors to fix everything, they noticed more than half the supplies and returns were falling apart and blowing or sucking air in ceiling. Quality, service, and communication is not there. Beware of this guy.”

I don't know how Stryker Heating & Cooling, LLC is still in business. Workmanship was substandard. He was unable to staff a three man crew. Stryker took a three week project and was terminated after 3.5 months requiring of owner to bring in another person to complete. Upon termination owner was faced with claims exceeding $18K for materials that were unpaid. The work was installed was substandard. Don't think about doing business without a contract prepared by a professional. Eventually turned the nightmare over to our attorney's. Brent is not to be trusted. This review is warranted and long overdue.”

Not only did he delay our home building process for more than 6 weeks, he quit on us leaving an expensive mess to get rid of.
