He identified several items that needed attention, took clear photos, and provided detailed notes explaining his findings. “February 4, 2026, I've been utilizing the Fox Family Heating & Air company for over a year now and I continue to be impressed with their services. Unfortunately, I had to delete my previous review in order to write this one. Today, I had a routine check up on my system located in the attic and I had the pleasure of meeting Service Tech, Zachary. Immediately I was greeted me with a friendly smile and he explained what he was here to do. After approx 30 min, he & I sat down and he provided a thorough explanation of each photo he took of my system. My system was running great and he provided zero predatory upsales tactics. He explained a few optional choices and went about his day. Simple, professional, and hassel free. I 100% would recommend Fox Family Heating & Air to anyone with Heating & Air issues.”
