“It's natural to have some level of anxiety when you are about to invite a contractor of any sort in your home to fix a problem. Well that anxiety was quickly put at ease with Mr Vincent. Why? 1. Communicated what time he was going to be there, gave updates of time of arrival until actually arrival. 2. Enter home with respect and understanding for issue at hand providing assurance that he is going to do his very best to find the problem. 3. Communicated every step of the way on every action being taken, looked for root cause and solutions, asked questions before taking any action. 4. Followed up after departure to ensure all was still working. 5. Maintain commitment in doing what he said he would in getting the appropriate parts, installed and then waited to ensure all was working before departure.
