The city ran a continuous water test, we checked the sprinkler system, and another plumbing company spent nearly 3 hours trying to diagnose it — everything kept coming back with no leak found. Even the home inspector listed the seepage as “unknown source.” When I called Black Plumbing, they had a supervisor technician out within the hour. Bob spent hours methodically ruling out possibilities until he finally located the source of the leak — something that had gone undetected for 1.5 years, 2 city meter tests, and multiple plumbers. He fixed it the same day, and within hours the slab was completely dry and ready for reinspection, allowing our home sale to move forward. Bob’s persistence, expertise, and commitment to actually solving the problem instead of passing it off made all the difference. Their pricing and the payment was very reasonable as well.
