“The service is fine but the installation is questionable. I have 3 different brands of panels (why?) in my house and all are installed at different heights. Everything seems to work fine, but they should probably adopt a more uniform installation standard .”

“A you have read elsewhere in these reviews, read any contract they put in front of you. I had a bad experience with an out of town company, but would much rather be dealing with them at this point. We bought all the equipment up front and were told we wouldn’t have a contract by the salesman. Boy aren’t we suckers. The cameras are sub par, there’s so many nuisance trips even after their employee came and adjusted the cameras. The five year contract was over the top considering I didn’t want one to begin with. The only reason they are even getting one star, is because there’s isn’t a zero option.”
