“I was torn between a 3 and a 4. The ladies were nice, I didn't say Tina tried to help in many ways and that's what brought it to a 4. I had a battery from a chair not used in over a year, I just hoped to charge it and see if it worked. There's no use in buying a cord if the battery does not work. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed they graciously let me sit there the 30 minutes. Letting me know two or three times they would normally charge a fee. I asked if I could just leave it plugged in overnight. I was told no they cannot do that, that they were already going beyond by letting me try for 30min, if I would just leave them a review.”
