When we had furnace and heating trouble with our older system, Leonard responded quickly and got the unit running safely until the new equipment could be installed. We were very grateful. Leonard and Derek are dependable, neat, hardworking, and kind, and they clearly know furnace repair, heating service, and system replacement inside and out. Roger is excellent as well. He is the first person you speak with, responds fast, and makes sure everything is handled smoothly from scheduling to follow-up. The whole team is easy to work with, honest, and very customer focused. They took the time to explain the condition of our aging furnace, what repairs were worth doing, and when replacement made more sense, which helped us feel confident in the process. We trust them for all of our furnace repair, heating maintenance, and HVAC service. On another occasion, when we were away from home, a neighbor noticed our heat was not working properly. Once the unit arrived, the installation was set up and completed smoothly. Roger and the crew were courteous, clear about each step of the HVAC install process, and very professional from start to finish. They also took time to explain how the new heat pump and furnace setup would operate together for better comfort and efficiency. One of the biggest improvements involved the outdoor temperature sensor. On the previous system, the sensor had been mounted too close to the furnace venting, which could affect the thermostat reading and keep the heat pump and LP furnace from switching the way they should. With the new installation, the sensor was placed in a protected spot away from the equipment so the thermostat could receive a more accurate outdoor temperature. That allows the dual fuel system to stage and cycle properly for better energy savings and more reliable heating during cold Massachusetts winter weather. The new HVAC system has been working very well, and the house feels warmer and more even from room to room than it has in a long time. Another smart upgrade was the redesigned outer shroud covering the return and line set area. The older cover had a flat top that allowed rainwater to sit on it, but the new one has a sloped, pyramid-style top that helps water drain off properly and protects the duct and line connections better. Overall, this was a very positive heating system replacement experience, and I would highly recommend them for HVAC service and installation.”

“roger was the best! We are very happy with our service plan. We do not worry about our furnace, heater, or air conditioning anymore. The service is prompt, the pricing is fair, and the whole heating and cooling team is easy to work with. We also had Ernest take care of older plumbing lines in our small bathroom, and he did a great job from start to finish. He cleaned up well after the work, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable moving forward with the rest of the repair. I am also glad I signed up for the maintenance plan.
