“Best and most knowledgeable. When you talk to Bill, you will be talking to a 3rd generation plumber with all of that knowledge starting when he was 15 years old. I am learning plumbing from YouTube and tons of research and Bill’s help, and as a woman, who will be under our home doing our WHOLE HOME’S plumbing, he has not once made me feel inadequate or stupid, even if I don’t use the exact terminology and he KNOWS the proper terminology when I do use it.
