“The HVAC system that was installed in my new home is great. It cools well and the heating is good too. The problem I had was getting a tune-up. When I called in the fall of last year, I was told that they don't do tune-up's. The office worker asked if there was a problem, which there wasn't, and then explained that they would come out if there was a problem. I called again in the spring, hoping to speak to someone else in the office. I spoke to several different people this time, and each one told me they would come out if there was a problem. They also expressed concern over the distance to my home, and said they really didn't do tune-up's. So, the rating of "3" really isn't about the system, but about the office staff. If all you do is install systems, that's fine, but have some other companies listed that can do such things as tune-up's, etc..”
