About

Wesly Osgood A/C & Heating runs HVAC service out of San Angelo, Texas. Jesse handles the calls for air conditioning and heating work, including full unit replacements, capacitor swaps, and thermostat installs. The outfit keeps regular hours from nine in the morning until nine at night Monday through Saturday and stays closed on Sunday. Jesse and his son cover the service area around the listed address on State Street.

Homeowners have described calling when the house hit eighty six degrees on a Friday afternoon and getting Jesse and his son out that same evening to run a diagnosis and complete the repair inside an hour. Another case started with a next day service visit that led to swapping the entire AC unit the following day, after which Jesse checked in a few days later to confirm the new setup and left behind a fresh thermostat. A separate job involved replacing a capacitor where the customer was quoted two hundred seventy five dollars total and later felt the part and labor added up higher than expected for the short time on site.

They answer the phone without much trouble and stick to the arrival times they give. One review noted the crew worked in the sun for about an hour on a quick fix while another highlighted how the team came across as knowledgeable during the visit. Pricing drew mixed comments, with one person saying two hundred dollars would have felt fairer given the fast response but still questioned the final amount charged for the capacitor.

The Google rating sits at four point four from seven reviews, with topics that keep coming up around how fast they respond and what the bills run. DIRT Score 2.7 from 7 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

“Contacted Jesse’s heating & air and they were able to come out on a service call the very next day. The day after they replaced our entire AC unit. They were easy to get a hold of and arrived at the times they said they would. He followed up with us a few days later to see how well the unit worked and provided a new thermostat.10/10 service”

“I came home to an 86-degree house after work on a Friday afternoon. Jesse and son came out in the evening and had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I woke up to a comfortable 70 degree home this morning.”

Sandy Rojas

“Charged 275 for a capacitor replacement. Said the part was 150, and that he charges 100 an hour. The part is almost certainly not 150, the replacement took minutes, said the diagnosis was factored in. Felt like I was taken advantage of because it was hot and the house was my grandfather's who is on Hospice care. I felt like 200 was fair because they responded quickly and were working in the sun for about an hour all together. But 275 was nothing but a price gauge and I did not know any better until I looked up the equipment myself and found they go for 40-80 dollars. I don't like to haggle blue collar workers and have genuine respect for the trade but this was them playing into my ignorance and trust for their business. Well never again.”
