“Rene installed a complete system for my house three years ago. He was great during the installation and did exactly what he said. The workmanship and price were great. This year, with the 103 degree temperatures every day, the A/C suddenly stopped working during the evening. I left a message describing the unknown problem on their website. The next morning Westex staff called me and said Rene was booked all day, but would come by after hours to fix it. Rene arrived after hours just as scheduled and fixed a broken capacitor in about 45 minutes. The part was under warranty and only cost me labor, which was less than $90. For an after-hours call, you can not ask for much more. Rene is personable , professional, affordable, and honest. I highly recommend him and Westex Air!”

“If I could have left 0 stars, that’s what I would give this company. They installed units 4-5 years ago (former owner Chris) and had great service. New owner/manager (?))Rene can’t even show up for scheduled appointment. AND won’t call to even notify. Never had such poor service from any company. Good luck if you try to get anything from this guy.”

“Westex is the best!! They were so helpful all the way through our issue. As it turns out our old unit was fried so had to have a complete replacement. They were fast, professional and kept us informed the whole way through. Monica was polite and personable on the phone and very sympathetic to our issues. Juan is the tech that came out and looked at it first and determined that it would have to be replaced. He explained everything to us and showed us what the problems were and why it would require a replacement. Dean and Kenny were the Techs that came yesterday. They were right on time, efficient, let me know what was going on all the way through the replacement and cleaned up after. Juan came again a little after they had a started to check on us, which I appreciated very much, and then stayed to help! All in all it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Westex Air!”

“We had an ac fan start making noise and were originally assigned Indoor Experts to come out to fix the issue. Receptionist as well as tech told us if it got worse to shut it off. Seemed very rude from the get go. It would be two days before they could come out. Well it got worse the next day and we shut it off. (Failed blower fan). Attitude by both receptionist and tech when my wife called back asking if someone could come out sooner and help was atrocious. When they finally come out and pull the fan assembly out the tech decides to be rude to my wife at which time she responds back. After they he belittles my wife and blames the issue on her, the tech leaves saying he can’t work under these conditions and leaves my ac torn apart refusing to work. So I’m not sure what happened. So I start looking at reviews. Nothing to really see. So I find them on the BBB and to my alarm there are similar reviews about attitude and treatment to customers. So we called and had WesTex Air come out. They were at our front door that day. Technician listened to us about the problem and identified the issue with a disassembled fan assembly. Told us if he could fix it he would bring it back that day and he did. Even stayed late to ensure we had ac for our household before the weekend started. They will always have me as a customer from this point forward. Thanks Westex!”
