“Been doing business with these people for over 10 years now never had time to write a review so I’m doing it now. I highly recommend this company. They’ve always taken care of my home in a quick timely manner always fixed my AC when something was wrong and when it was time to get a new one, they had it ordered installed in under a week all the people that work there thank you so much”

“While I was working; my (BRAND NEW) houses thermostat was removed and relocated across the whole house to a very awkward spot right outside my bedroom door, all to be of convince of the technicians. This work order was a result of a previous service I had to pay 1500.00 for which ended up shorting a wire. These very INCAPABLE workers made excuses as to why it was necessary to move- but not to me, to my dad. My dad was only there to let them in for the work. His name was not anywhere on that work order PERIOD, I got 2 stories from Donna (the customer service rep) and my father. Donna told me the whole fact that the wire shorted simultaneously the second the 1st service call was finished (without proper testing) was a COINCIDENCE. Regardless the initial technician DID NOT test to make sure the thermostat worked before leaving- the A/C never stopped blowing full blast, never turned off, etc. To top everything off- Donna told me the technicians will cover/patch the holes and make the UNWELCOMED CHANGES not a eyesore. As you all see- ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIRS WERE DONE FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT CLEARED BY ME.”
