“Last year around April, I had a water leak in my front yard. AAA came out and they were very rude to me because I had another plumber there that was also giving me a quote. But in the end, they ended up lowballing the other company so I went with AAA. They fix the waterline by replacing the whole thing and putting a new fitting on the house end. They gave me a one-year warranty. Fast forward to Monday of this week we got another water leak in the front yard. I proceeded to call AAA plumbing Monday and they said that they would relay the message to somebody in office. I never got a call back so I called them Tuesday. Same thing never got a call back when I called their dispatch on Wednesday. I asked to be transferred to a manager. She said that was no problem and that they would call me back.. Then I asked my wife to call on a different number And they scheduled Her for an appointment that next day Thursday the 12 of march. Our appointment was from 10 to 12 and they no called no showed so when I called their office back, it would appear that they have blocked both me and my wife’s phone number. We can’t get a hold of anybody in office and when I drove over to Bandera to go into office and speak with somebody personally I realize that the address is wrong and they don’t actually have an office. I will be speaking with the Better Business Bureau because I know that the work done in my front yard is still covered under warranty whether they want to acknowledge that or not hopefully they can get this resolved.”
