“Back in '23, they came out and cleaned my dryer vent. No problems. Called in this time ('26), got scheduled for May 9th at 9am. 9:15, no show. Called and was told that appointments are canceled because of the weather. We got nothing in my area but thats fine. Im ok with it. Told me to be rescheduled to May 11th at 10am. 10:25am, no show. Called and was told, the "scheduling machine" kicked it back and didnt schedule me. And he offered a 10% discount. Which is 9 bucks since duct clean is only 89. And I wont be seen until May 16th. 0 stars.”
