“Brandon and his family represent the standard of what a business should be. Brandon went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and the installation of our new coils, lines, and condenser was completed to perfection. When a sensor within the new unit was not operating correctly out of the box, Brandon drove to a distribution center during rush hour to exchange it for a new one, stating, "I'm not leaving until this runs perfectly." “Air By Hahn replaced both our furnace and A/C back in February. The installation went very smoothly. They are friendly, very patient (answered all my questions), neat and clean and they really know what they are doing. I like and prefer doing business with a small, family run business like Hahn. After our installation, the new system kept blowing the 3 amp fuse that protects the transformer that steps down the standard voltage to run the thermostat. After replacing that 3 amp fuse twice, Brandon discovered a code violation in the electric line from the meter to my circuit breaker box that was causing power surges. Once that was fixed, the system has run perfectly, without a hitch. Brandon also adjusted the fins on the cold air return that made the system run quieter.
