After having two larger companies come out before, one that made me cry from being short and rude to me for just asking basic questions, the other who refused to test my HVAC parts, Sammy was patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. He tested everything shared all of his findings with me to help me understand and offered to directly show me the hardware/leak issues as well so that I understood. He showed me part prices for my older unit and helped me understand the risks of repair versus getting a new unit. He also offered me different solutions partial unit, whole, and great deals on both.
