“The owner Albert Shehab personally came out to our residence. He performed the Fall/Winter HVAC maintenance. He advised that everything looked and performed fine. There was some minor carbon build-up on a components that easily cleaned off, and everything else is fine. We were advised one year ago by one of the BIG NAME companies that it was time to upgrade/replace our system due to its age (9 years). Albert advised not so. He advised of the game plan for the Spring/Early Summer condenser maintenance check. As long as he is in business, Albert will be our go to.”
