“Terrible company my friend and I both signed at same time, when our 2 year contract was up they kept renewing automatically, then on top of raising our rates every 6 months they claimed the only way to cancel was to sign a paper which they would never sent, they claimed my alarm was not compatible with their new system so they wanted me to upgrade, last thing I wanted.so now I don't have alarm service but am still getting my draft on bank account. Had to finally go and file fraudulent charge papers with my bank to get a small amount back, over the course of a few years they probably took close to 1500$ with no service being provided. It's funny the people I hire to keep me from being robbed were the ones doing the robbing.”

“0 STARS! The biggest scam. They pick small rural areas and attach those cheap cameras. The app and website never work. They change their prices and get elderly people stuck in a 50 month contract. And when you cancel they tell you to pay 90% of the contract when they never mentioned a contract when selling the product. It takes a technician 3 weeks to bring a camera that they forgot to install. And they still want full payment. It’s a rip off. DO NOT fall for it.”

“An Alder representative by the name of Dan Nkusi who told me he was setting me up with Alder and my monthly charges will be 40. 10 days later I get a bill for 63.84. My bank disputed it but they couldn’t find my account in the beginning. Now they’re telling me the account has been transferred to ADT. They have no knowledge of it. I feel like Dan underestimated me. But it will be taken care of!! Believe that ‼️”

“Do not use this company. Run as fast as you can. This company is horrible. They took advantage of my elderly widow mother. They tricked her into adding equipment that she didn’t need with a five year contract, and sold her services to ADT. Customer service is horrible. The picture is the quality of their work.”
