“RC Guzman of All American Air came to my rescue when corporate Carrier and the HVAC dealer refused to swap out or trade in my one year old 4 ton Carrier. The dealer who sold me the 4 ton unit was too large for my house causing chronic humidity issues that ruined my antiques. Mr Guzman was amazing and found a way to trade in my current Carrier and replace it with the proper size. Plus his install, warranty, maintenance plans, and labor made me a very happy customer. Definitely recommend and RC is veteran friendly. Five star plus all the way!”

“Untrustworthy and unprofessional. RC was called to my listed house to provide a specific service (tune-up) he agreed to render. The type of service was confirmed several times, even before he left the day he inspected my unit, I confirmed the type of service that would be stated on invoice, RC shook my hand and agreed. He left and sent me an invoice for a service I didn’t request. When I called and asked him if we could reword the invoice to the type of service he requested. He gave me the run-around stating my ac unit needed freeon. I agreed to pay him $500 to come back out and add it, so I can have the “tune-up” service requested on the invoice required for closing. He returned on a cold day to charge the unit with freeon, even though other reputable HVAC companies recommend to check pressures only when above 75*. He leaves after starting the unit isn’t holding pressure, shocker… I’m left scrambling for an HVAC company because this guy couldn’t deliver what he said he could. He later calls me to pay invoice, I pay with ApplePay, however I was later refunded without knowing. RC calls my agents broker and complains that we were trying to do something shady. My agent gets reprimanded. Only thing he did right was RC called the broker back and explain that they perhaps misinterpreted his communication with them after I insisted he make it right. RC was shown proof of original payment made. Do NOT trust this guy, he’s not a man of his word. Next day I hire a reputable company to come out and they perform the service with no issues.”
