So we turned it off and contacted Derek and with in a couple of hours his right hand man Michael shows up and with in several minutes he knew what the problem was and advised us of our options. Derek sold this unit to us several years ago, is been working just fine until today but it wasn't as bad as we expected. Michael has our house cooling again for a fraction of what I was thinking.
