“Amazing Air Solutions was assigned to inspect, service and repair our 26 year old air conditioner rhrough Home Serve. Roy arrived on time Wednesday June 24th to preform inital assessment. When he arrived he introduced himself and his associates, put on shoe protection before entering my home to began interview on what problems we were having. Doing their troubleshooting they kept me inform of the preliminary findings and explained they needed to contact our insurer to verify coverage and problems found. As mentioned due to the age of the unit, outdated freon unit and the feasibility of repairing longevity versus replacing with warranties. Roy and Home Serve both explained my A/C with central gas heating unit would need replacing. Amazing Air Solutions drafted and presented me with 3 replacement options with explanations of warranties, components needed and cost. Roy, Richard, and Damien returned Monday to remove and replace the old unit which they completed in a day. Although one can say, the crew done a good job my wife and I must say our Amazing Air crew was top notched. This 3 person team were professional, friendly, kept us informed on their progress, answered all our questions, and even stunned our great granddaughter with on and off shoe protection. The minor but noted attention to detail item for her. The outstanding and most impressive factor we noticed and appreciated, three individuals introduced, arrived as a crew, and worked as a team. “At an AirBnB rental, the air wasn’t working when we arrived. We let the company know and they said it would cool off because the AC was on. It ran for hours without pause but nothing was blowing out. The company’s AC guy was unavailable so this company was sent out. Roy and Damien came out to service the air conditioner. They were very respectful of the space as we were all here when they got here. After a few hours of working non-stop, they got it blowing cool again. They said it needed bigger repairs but that this repair should last through our stay. They were very kind and clearly know what they’re doing! UPDATE (2 days later): Roy came out after the air stopped cooling again. Not sure what the issue was, but he did say the problems are from a neglected AC. Once again he was very professional l, courteous and helpful. If I lived in the area and this was my house, I’d use them again.”
