“No words for the professional workers, Jeff & Aquices...They went above and beyond to do the very best installation. They are so polite and knowledgeable. Cleaned everything after work was completed. Ran was the genius that figured out exactly what I needed with an affordable price. “Our ac went out and after looking up reviews for Anna's we gave them a call. The initial call was very professional and courteous. I explained my situation and that our AC was out. She said that a service person could come in an hour. That was great to hear. So, Ran B. Showed up and was very courteous as well, and saw my problem with the AC motor out. He gave me the quote and worked with me on it to apply a discount. I asked him how long it would take to get a new motor and parts and he said they would be back in 2 hrs and fix it today. I agreed. In less than 2 hrs the service tech Neal G. Arrived with all the parts and began the repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the AC unit and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all questions perfectly. Neal was very professional, knowledgeable and made sure everything was working great, the AC was back up cooling again. Anna's did a super good job at communicating by text and emails throughout the whole repair process. Neal took before and after pics and sent them to me.
