“had a very negative experience with a driver from ARI (car unit #61, license plate VFX3605). While on the highway, the driver cut me off, used inappropriate language, and made obscene hand gestures. This behavior was aggressive, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Potential customers should be aware of this type of conduct before hiring this company. 8.12.25”

“While we appreciate them coming and repairing our issue quickly, they did not accurately charge us. We were charged for 3.5 hours of labor and paid almost $500 in labor costs for a $175 part. The technician did not make contact with the general manager, whom requested the call originally and was on site. The technician claims that he was asked to wait for the refrigerator to be accessed until after our breakfast hours, due to how busy we were. He was offered the idea to move the fridge and instead decided to wait until breakfast was over. He allegedly offered to come back after his Raymondville call, which I, the manager, can confirm was not offered. I would have definitely have taken that offer instead, or reiterated that the machine could be moved from the countertop to be worked on more conveniently for him.”
