About

Artic Pole works out of San Antonio as a straight HVAC and refrigeration outfit built for Texas conditions. They take on cooling, heating, and commercial refrigeration jobs for houses and businesses that need reliable service through summer heat and winter cold snaps. The outfit started after owners got tired of companies arriving late, talking in circles, and dropping confusing bills at the end. They answer the phone fast, give real arrival windows, explain issues in plain terms, and quote flat prices before any work starts. Their technicians handle every brand and focus on getting the job done right so customers avoid repeat calls for the same problem.

They run 24/7 emergency calls every day of the year and offer same day service on most repairs. This covers broken air conditioners during brutal summers, heating fixes when cold fronts hit, and keeping restaurant and market coolers running so no inventory gets lost. Technicians show up quick on downed units, diagnose the actual issue instead of guessing, and complete repairs with upfront pricing that does not change. They service all brands on maintenance, installs, and fixes while keeping trucks moving day and night to handle the volume of calls that come in when temperatures swing hard.

Homeowners and business owners keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, quotes prices they can count on, and finishes work without callbacks or added costs. Reviews highlight fast response even on nights and weekends, clear explanations that avoid jargon, and solid repairs that hold up through the season. The flat rate approach and written guarantees remove the usual headaches that come with HVAC trouble in this climate. DIRT Score 5.0 from 392 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Definitely worth the drive and the visit. Free train rides, cookies, and hot cocoa. Make sure to bring cash for donations and get there early. Wholesome family experience with lots of lights and displays.

We had a good time. At this time there isn't much in the way of activities; the primary offering is a train ride through their lighted village and a quick stop to visit with Santa. It was a long, slow line but they have 3 trains running non-stop. The train ride was about 12 minutes long. They also offer complimentary hot chocolate and a cookie. Everyone was very kind and friendly. They have a closing time, but will ensure everyone inside gets to ride before they leave. They operate on donations, so bring some cash to show your appreciation.

It was my first time here, and I really wasn't sure what to expect, but I think that's the best way to experience this beautiful wonderland. I'm not going to give spoilers, because different people will have different perspectives, but I believe that, like me, you'll have an experience that will harken back to the best parts of your childhood, and I certainly hope that it does. These people who take the time to perform and work at this place must certainly have hearts of gold, because all I saw were smiles, kindness and happiness, and I wish that for all y'all. 🥰🥰🥰👋🏿🤠

Awesome place, free to ride the trains, free hot chocolate, and homemade cookies. They do take donations. Everyone here is super friendly. Great light displays, and they have Santa Claus and Mrs Claus.

I love going every year but the line is so long that why I gave it 4 stars is bc it needs places to sit when waiting on the train for handicap or bring a chair to carry and sit in while waiting that's the only downside. Its awesome besides that
