“Updated to 5 stars for the response to the issue from the service manager. As long as they actually get the fix done it'll stay 5 stars. I have been using axxon for close to 10 years. Usually really great. This time.not so much however. The tech started the conversation with " oh I've never seen one of these before" and then proceeded to tell me it was most likely the element before he even pulled his tools out( the most expensive part in the oven) So I asked him targeted questions about the circuits and if he was going to check.the sensors first. He said no. I called the office to ask if this behavior was normal and they said no and we're going to send someone else.... two days from now. Super disappointed as I try to use local vendors, but they are forcing me to use a national.”

The biggest delay was in receiving the required parts, sourced by Axxon, but John came out as soon as received and installed today.
