“Had a great experience with Dillon who was new to us for this company we have used a number of years. Courteous, explained all steps needed to complete the job. 13 yr old furnace/AC so a couple of parts needed as well as an upgraded filter.”

“Balance Point provides an excellent technical service. It is the first time we’ve purchased a maintenance contract, and boy am I glad we did! Lindsay, the rep that sold us the service went into detail of what we could expect and she did not disappoint. The initial inspection completed by Luke, uncovered our humidifier was hooked up to the cold water rather the hot water pipe by the builder. He told us we had 1/4” of sheet rock dust on the blower fan and recommended we have our ducts cleaned following our basement renovation. We followed up with his advice and sure enough, the ducts were full of sheet rock debris! My husband has COPD, so this was also a matter of making the air as clean as possible for his health. Afterwards, Cody their Master Plumber, efficiently corrected the plumbing issue and completed his inspection of the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. He explained everything as he worked. Overall, the we are very impressed with the level of professionalism experienced with Balance Point. M & J Ausbrooks AC inspection: This went very well and we passed with flying colors. They ensured the unit was operating correctly, checked the refrigerant and changed the furnace filter at no additional cost. We reported the water bill has come down around 20 percent after they switched the humidifier hook up to the hot water line. That alone, paid for the annual maintenance contract. We love these guys!!”
