Chill Touch A/C & Heating Llc

Chill Touch A/C & Heating Llc runs HVAC repair and service work out of San Antonio. The business is small and family owned with a focus on getting home systems back in operation without extra sales pressure. They handle air conditioning and heating repairs along with thermostat installs, air duct inspections, full HVAC system checks, and coil cleaning to improve how units run. Mr. Townsend and Ben handle the calls and site work.

Homeowners have brought them in for outside condensers that lost power overnight, and Ben fit the job in the same morning then sent photos and videos to keep the owner updated until the unit ran again. Mr. Townsend has installed new thermostats, checked ducts and the overall system, cleaned coils for better efficiency, and diagnosed capacitor failures so units could run through the heat. Other calls covered systems that sat broken for weeks, with repairs finished the next day after the first visit, plus straightforward fixes that left customers ready for summer.

They answer calls quickly and often reach the house the same day or next, showing up on time with clear explanations of what needs fixing. Pricing stays reasonable on the jobs described, and the crew avoids pushing unneeded work while sending updates during the process. The service stays in the San Antonio area with direct communication that does not rely on technical jargon.
