“Fast response to my AC going out. They were able to come out and fix it the same day I called. I'm disappointed the $75 "trip fee" was not deducted from the final invoice especially since I decided to have the fix completed the same day (with parts they already had in the truck) + I asked for a HVAC tune up to be completed. So that's two services I had completed on the same day of calling them but they still charged me the $75 trip fee. That feels like a money grab to me especially since they didn't charge a trip fee when I used their service in the past for tune ups.”
