“I got an evaluation for improved heating and cooling … I did Not have a big enough mini split for this whole home as I had been told by a different provider… They suggested one more unit and they also put the one I had in a different part of the house… It is 100 times better and I’m hoping that all of this helps my electric bills… From the guy that came out and did my Evaluation(Forgot his name, sorry) To the two installation technicians John and Gunner.. I was very pleased…. John would have May come and look as he went through each step … And make sure I was happy ….were just a solid hard-working team and they got this job done in about six hours…. He even asked for my broom and cleaned up and swept my floors where he had done the work… They were All very polite and courteous, and I would recommend this company to anybody!!!”

“The technician Miguel was great! Knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my system and made honest, reasonable recommendations. T ch was great! but the appointment system was not very friendly. I requested an afternoon time and it gave me a morning time, when I texted to cancel it did not respond and then I received a call from the dispatcher stating the tech would be on the way. I had already scheduled another appointment and luckily for the company and had it not of been an urgent repair I would of canceled Cowboy instead of the other company.”

They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with, making the whole experience a pleasure. “After a couple of rescheduled appointments the problem was diagnosed and taken care of with ease. According to David the initial installation (installed by Cowboys) of the sump pump discharge line was “not” sufficiently placed into the main drain line. Due to the water being drained from the line, over time, the pressure within the line was causing it to slip up and out, which was causing water leakage/back splash by hitting the inside pipe wall. Therefore as seen in the attached pictures, water settling in and around the area. David was professional, explained what had occurred and resolved the matter. Since this was not a “typical” service call. The problem was predicated on the initial installation and hopefully will not be charged due to findings being related to workmanship.”
