“I called Curtis to come out and look at my mini-split, it was dripping condensation and needed charged with refrigerant. The tech was professional and courteous. The reason, I only gave 1 star is because of the billing. I was told that the cost would be $311. I paid it at the time of service, but when they billed my account, it was $325, the price difference was for a service fee for a card. They have a $225 service fee and I shouldn't be charged additionally for using a debit card. And especially $15! That seems very excessive considering they charge $225 to just show up. I was mostly happy with the services the tech provided, but the initial reason for the service call was not taken care of. The unit is still leaking. Please consider another company when you need a unit serviced. This company is very expensive and did not fix my initial problem.”
