Then I decided to join their very reasonably priced membership program. The next visit was done by a very wonderful tech, Izzy! She was very thorough and she explained things well. She did a thorough cleaning and inspection, installed two new capacitors (one inside and one outside), and made a couple of recommendations for down the road. Thanks, Izzy!
