“Our business was lucky to have Rudy looking out for us when our AC started to slow down. He identified the problem and presented us options on what we could do. Within 24 hours, he had our unit blowing cold again. Flo-Rite is our new go-to AC company. Great people!”

“Bought my house brand new in 2010. They replaced the HVAC unit in May/June of 2018. Technicians were over 3hrs late and also required the next day to complete the work(meaning we were w/o HVAC for over 24hrs). My house has a dual zone setup(downstairs/upstairs thermostats). T-stats and unit(including outside unit) was replaced but they did nothing to change old computer board or damper system. This means damper DOES NOT switch to read upstairs or downstairs thermostats. Also, requested pricing on HVAC duct cleaning and MOLD TREATMENT(U/V bulbs) repeatedly and never received a response. Got a T-shirt and $50 gift card to make me feel better but I'd rather breathe clean air and have a system that works properly!! Completely unsatisfactory service. If you want a REAL COMPANY... it may cost more, but go with John Wayne or Elmer's!! That's who I plan to call this time. Maybe my money will be well spent there. It may cost more(already $10k deep in this sucker)... but at least I know they'll get the job done right!!! 6yrs in with this NEW SYSTEM and already having MAJOR ISSUES!!! Don't believe the hype with their ratings(probably done by people that work there). So F'N disappointing!!!! Always been one to help out smaller businesses trying to make a name, but don't bother with these guys!!! If the owner is such a GREAT GUY(as all these reviews say)... he can find my phone number by name in his system and call me PERSONALLY to resolve this issue and make me feel like a beloved customer. If he does and corrects these issues(I also understand nothing is free), then I'll remove this post and give an updated review. At this point, I'M PISSED!!! Wow... through further review, now they appear to be a commercial only company so it's highly unlikely I see a response. :(”
