“Force Mechanical came out almost immediately on a warranty service call and diagnosed our furnace problem: it was determined we need a new furnace and they very quickly had one on order. The techs that came today for installation, Andrew and Troy, were super quick, professional and very considerate in taking care of our home during installation. Gabe at Force was wonderful in our initial consultation for a furnace and office staff have been great too in processing ALL the paperwork necessary for the installation as well. “I had not used Force Mechanical previously but was looking for a second opinion for my 20 year old Trane furnace that appeared to have a blower issue when I switched to A/C mode. My entire system was just serviced 1.5 weeks prior by my regular HVAC company noted as tip top shape. My regular HVAC company tech came out, looked at furnace for 5-minutes without doing any diagnostics on the furnace or blower and said blower needs replaced and noted Trane parts are expensive. Quote was high and planned to use much cheaper non-Trane blower which a quick internet search might not work with my system. I called Force Mechanical the next day and Don came out not long after I called their office. He actually went through and did diagnostics on the system and determined the blower motor was dead but the ECM on the motor was still functioning. This is what I expected from my regular HVAC company using for over a decade. Don noted they only use OEM parts to guarantee proper system function which I was happy to hear. Blower arrived in about a week and they scheduled me next day and Don had our system up and running quickly. Was impressed with his knowledge of Trane equipment and trusted his recommendation and went with Force Mechanical to get our system operational. Their quote was more in line with what AI expected versus my first quote. I plan to use Force Mechanical for my future HVAC needs based on this experience!”
