“Mr Urban came out to install a surge protector on our new A/C system they installed. This is a vital component to protect your A/C system. After a few thunderstorms my previous A/C system often needed to be reset so I inquired about this component. After I provided my last name, the brand, and the serial number, Ashley informed me that my unit was still covered under an all-parts warranty for another year.
