She was friendly, responsive, and made sure I was taken care of quickly. My technician, Jaxon, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC. He completed the repair efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to answer my questions. She was very helpful and quickly got me scheduled the same day, and Jaxon was at my home within 45 minutes. Jaxon arrived promptly, completed the service call and maintenance efficiently, and was extremely friendly throughout the visit. He got the job done quickly while still providing excellent service. The office personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable; they kept me informed of every step of the process! Technician Luis Villanueva was both passionate and knowledgeable about the HVAC industry, and carefully explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand (without being condescending). To be perfectly honest, Luis was the reason that I ultimately decided to choose Hall's. The installation crew consisted of Jo-Jo, Jacob and Ethan (sorry guys, I don't remember your last names). They also were extremely professional, and performed every step of the installation process quickly and thoroughly. At the end of the process, they cleaned up EVERYTHING, and carefully explained everything that I needed to know, as well as politely answering all of my questions.
