“Well how do I begin, let me start by saying this. I was diagnosed with cancer ,colorectal cancer this past year.so when I went to sa hope it was through a social worker from University Hospital went there for food assistance ,but what I got was nothing edible. Every single thing that I got from sa Hope was expired moldy gave me a 200 lb bag of carrots before I can even say anything the guy picked it up through in the back of my trunk I mentioned several times that I had an ostomy done on the 17th straight out of surgery I could not pick it up but did he ask to remove it no I was pretty much the person who was going to go get rid of all their trash for them nothing edible 200 lb of carrots what are you going to do with 200 lb of carrots couldn't even lift it out the back of my trunk this whole experience for SA Hope was very unimaginable I couldn't believe that someone would give another person in need of food and have cancer nothing was edible not to mention I have to travel three flights of stairs with food several attempts to experience everything was expired nothing was edible what a waste of time and energy not to mention now I feel sick from the many trips I had to take up and down the stairs never again will I ever go back to this place..”
