“looks like an install that I did in my trade school. No vent tape at all, no bend in the condensate drain, gets insanely dusty in here and the airflow is just garbage. Things only 2 years old no way it preforms this poorly. Definitely do not choose IDC. Don’t know who did it personally. But they did not send out their best installer that day. Haven’t actually complained about it because I’m renting but good lord if this was my house I definitely wouldn’t be the happiest camper. Also that plumbers tape that holds up the exhaust vent is a joke, like why even put it there man.”
