Dillon came to my house within 30 min of my call. He was awesome. Very nice and well mannered. This is important to me since I was raised in the fifties and we were raised that way. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was very pleased and impressed. If I have future problems I will call Fire and Ice. I had to get a new unit after the 2016 flood and never had maintenance done. So I will be getting the maintenance contract. Thanks Dillon!”
