“If I could give less than one star, I would. As an established patient at Texas Pain Experts, I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated particularly by Matthew Hoch. Despite my documented history and recent medical circumstances, I was met with bias, dismissal, and a complete lack of concern for my pain. There was no empathy, no effort to understand my situation, and no indication that my well-being mattered. For a pain management practice, this lack of compassion is unacceptable. Considering the amount of money I pay each month for maintenance care, I expect professionalism and patient-centered treatment. Instead, I left feeling judged and unheard. That money will be spent elsewhere with doctors who truly care about their patients and pain management. No established patient should be treated this way. I would strongly caution others before trusting this practice with their care.”

She is a wonderful person. Overall not one bad experience and have been going to them for about 4 years. I have never had anybody at the front desk be rude to me either.”

I am a naturally anxious person, but they made me feel comfortable from day one. I had some issues with my medication and hated to be a bother, but they fixed everything. I had my first procedure today and was TERRIFIED. Dr. Martinez and his staff made it a very comfortable not to mention the facility is very nice and clean. I was in and out in about an hour. They sedated me and kept me after to make sure I was ok. All of my anxiety is gone thanks to all the staff and I am on my way to pain relief and back to a normal life.”
